I grew up in Gadsden, Alabama, where I developed an early interest in both technology and design. I later attended Auburn University, where I earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Materials Engineering. During my time at Auburn, I was drawn to the problem-solving nature of engineering and the creativity it demands. What started as a purely technical pursuit gradually evolved into a passion for designing intuitive, high-performance digital experiences.

After graduation, I joined an engineering firm specializing in Department of Defense work, where I’ve spent the past several years working in software engineering and internal web development. While the work was challenging and deeply technical, I found myself especially drawn to front-end systems and the role of design in user experience. In the process of building tools for internal teams and automating workflows, I fell in love with web design — not just how things work, but how they look, feel, and communicate.

Over time, I began to experiment with freelance projects on the side, helping small businesses establish their digital presence. I realized how much I enjoy collaborating with real people to build websites that not only function well but also tell a compelling story. That passion has grown into a vision: to one day run my own firm full-time — one dedicated to building smart, scalable, and impactful digital tools that empower entrepreneurs and business owners.
